The first meeting of the year for Barry Springs DAR chapter will be Saturday, Sept. 8, at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of Cherokee County Library. The program will be on the "Trail of Tears" presented by Mrs. Sharon Freeman from Gadsden, Al.(She also has been working at Barry Springs and Ft. Likens.)
