According to the state trooper report, Jimmy Don Hurley, 54, who was driving a 2004 Ford F-150, apparently left the roadway and struck a tree. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time.
He was transported to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn., where he died, reports said
