GAYLESVILLE - The past couple of weeks the Collinsville Panthers have had trouble stopping the run, but they managed to limit Gaylesville senior running back John David Jennings to 75 yards on 14 carries in a 42-6 Class 1A, Region 7 football victory on Friday.

After the teams traded punts, Gaylesville (3-5, 3-4) found the end zone on quarterback Cole Murphy's 25-yard option run with 1:50 left in the first quarter. The point after was no good, keeping the score at 7-6 Panthers.
