According to reports, Tasha Tillery Durham, 23, died as a result of the shooting. She apparently was shot in the head with a 9 millimeter semi automatic handgun.
No charges have been filed at this time. Leesburg Police Department, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department, the Cherokee County District Attorneys office continue the investigation
The body was sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science for autopsy
