Deputy Nick Vaughn found the stolen vehicle while assisting game and fish officers working in the area. The owner of an all-terrain vehicle discovered his stolen property after thieves abandoned it. Another stolen vehicle was found in close proximity. A fishing boat taken from a lake lot was recovered and has been returned to the owner, Shaver said.
A suspect in the boat theft is in custody. Investigators continue to work on these cases and more arrests are expected soon, Shaver said.
