The SO-COOL (School’s Out-Camp of Organized Learning), sponsored by the Centre Rotary Club and Cherokee County Alcoholism/Substance Abuse Council is now taking place Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the National Guard Armory in Centre through July 13.

Centre Rotary Club meets at noon on the second floor of First Southern State Bank on Main Street in Centre.

The Tiny Tykes Music Time, music and fun for little ones, will be held at the Cherokee County Public Library from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The Recipe Club meets to swap recipes at Cherokee County Public Library from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Extended Family, a support system for families of prisoners, 6:30 p.m., Cherokee Baptist Association building., Main Street, Centre. Anyone with a family member or friend incarcerated are welcome. Call 927-7997 or e-mail extendedfamily@tds.net for more information.
