MR. LAYNE STEVE PALMER

Mr. Layne Steve Palmer, 63, a Vietnam veteran, passed away on February 7, 2013, in LeCanto, Florida. He retired to Homosassa, Florida to live out his days fishing and golfing.

He is survived by his children, Eric Miller, Maggie Palmer-Grisham, Trisha Woodall and Sara Palmer; sister, Ann Hill, brother, Allen Palmer; and ten grandchildren.

A memorial will be held on February 22, 2013 at 4 pm at the Graceland Christian Church in Southaven, Mississippi. The family request no flowers. Please direct gifts in his memory to the nonprofit Vietnam Veterans of America.

Mr. Palmer was preceded in death by his parents, Maude and Hall Palmer, and a brother, Johnny Palmer.
