Mrs. Teresa Ann Sparks Ellison, 50 of Leesburg passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at her residence.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Collinsville Funeral Home-Sharpe Chapel with Rev. Stephen Todd officiating. Burial followed at New Testament Cemetery. Collinsville funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Ellison is survived by her hisband, Joe Ellison, son, Phillip (Christy) Ellison, daughter, Courtney (Roberta) Bone, sisters, Vickie Eberhart, Peggy Biddle two nieces , one nephew and special friend, Kathy DeBerry.
