Ms. Glenda Jean Langston Street, 51 of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at UAB hospital. Ms. Street is a native of Cherokee County. She was employed at Cherokee Health and Rehab. She was fondly known by her niece and nephew as Aunt Nean.

Funeral services were held Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ted Elrod officiating. Burial followed at Cherokee Memory Gardens. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Ms. Street is survived by his daughter; Magan Leann Street of Leesburg, mother; Edna Langston of Centre, sister; Vicki (Mickey) Anthony of Fort Payne, a niece, nephew, and special friend; David Robertson and several cousins.

Ms. Street was preceded in death by her father, Glen W. Langston.
