The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. at the Centre Swimming Pool. The July program will include recognition of the Centre Otters Swim Team and recognition of the Centre Pool Lifeguards and staff.

The Cherokee County Public Library offers art classes from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children ages 8-14. Instructor is Cloud Farrow. Children must provide their own 8 x 10 sketch pad and two charcoal pencils.

Cherokee County Rose Garden Club meets from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Cedar Bluff Community Center on Old Highway 9 in Cedar Bluff.

The Cherokee County Alzheimer’s Dementia Support Group meets from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Cherokee County Health and Rehab Center, 877 Cedar Bluff Road, Centre, Ala. 35960

The City of Centre is now offering water aerobics for adults, each Tuesday and Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Centre Swimming Pool. Admission is $5 per class. There will be no childcare provided.
