The Cherokee County Public Library offers art classes from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children ages 8-14. Instructor is Cloud Farrow. Children must provide their own 8 x 10 sketch pad and two charcoal pencils.

The Cedar Bluff Neighborhood Watch group meets at 5 p.m. in the Cedar Bluff Community Center on Old Highway 9 behind Cedar Bluff Town Hall.

Quail Unlimited Foothills Chapter 783 meets at 6 p.m. in the Agriculture Center at the intersection of Main Street and Watson Drive in Centre.

The Singles Again support groupmeets at 6 p.m. at BBQ Place and More, 800 Alexis Drive in Centre.

The Rebuild Northeast Alabama Free Concert will be held at 6 p.m. in the Gadsden State Community College-Cherokee Arena, 801 Cedar Bluff Road in Centre. This benefit concert will raise funds for tornado recovery for Dekalb, Cherokee, Calhoun, Etowah and Talladega counties. Music compliments of the Tyn Times band of Gadsden who will play hit tunes from the 60s and more. Everyone is encouraged to please donate and help meet a $100,000 challenge grant.
