Salem Methodist Church in Cedar Bluff will have a Sacred Harp singing beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Grace Pointe Church of God will have a KC Roundup from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for ages 3-12. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m.

Dinner and music in the park will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Cedar Bluff Town Park, 3420 Spring St. in Cedar Bluff. The event will feature a live band, bar b que and all the fixings. Tickets are available at Cedar Bluff Town Hall for $8. Kids under 5 eat free. This is a fundraiser for Cedar Bluff Park and is hosted by the 20th Century Women’s Club and Civitan Clubs.

The 26th annual Cedar Bluff High School Reunion will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Cedar Bluff First Baptist Church Christian Life Center. That’s the church beside the traffic light. It’s not too late to attend. The Cedar Bluff reunion is not just open to former graduates, either. Any teacher, former student, or friend and their guests are invited as long as they meet the upcoming registration deadline. Those attending must be paid or confirmed by June 15. The charge is $20 per person. That fee covers alumni dues, postage, printing, and dinner catered by Sageberry Restaurant. Those who have attended the reunion for any of the past 25 years know the event is not only about a meal; it’s about reconnecting with the past and renewing old acquaintances. Bay Springs Motel and Campground resumes its Saturday Night Gospel singings which will be held the second and fourth Saturday night of each month beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free. The Centre First Baptist Church contemporary worship service, “Impact” begins at 8:30 a.m.

The Edge, a contemporary worship service that welcomes each person as he or she is and challenges us all to grow together in our faith in Jesus Christ, meets at 8:45 a.m. at Centre First United Methodist Church.

Upper Room Temple hosts a singing every fourth Sunday at 11 a.m. Call 256-543-5896

Mt. Zion Independent Church in the Rinehart community will have a Homecoming Service Sunday, June 24, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served following the service. Everyone is welcome to attend. Also, Revival meetins will be held June 25-29, with morning services at 10:30 a.m. and evening services at 6:30 p.m. with the Rev. Ernest Lockhart and the Rev. Jessie Lockhart.

Daniel’s Chapel Methodist Church, located approximately nine miles north on Alabama Highway 273, is having a singing fun night this Sunday, June 24, beginning at 6 p.m. Special singers will be “The Boys of Alabama.” Everyone is invited to attend.
