Cherokee County Health and Rehab Center to open cooling station during current heat wave
Cherokee County Health and Rehabilitation Center cares for the health and safety of our community. CCHRC will open the doors to the CCHRC Education/ Activity Building, for the Elderly, Handicapped, and Disabled, as a community “Cooling Station” when temperatures are above 90 degrees. The building will be open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the selected days. CCHRC welcomes th those that need a safe place to stay cool during the scorching heat.
