MR. HAROLD WALTON "MUTT" LOVELESS

Mr. Harold Walton “Mutt” Loveless, 72 of Centre, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Loveless was a native of Cherokee County. He was a 1958 graduate of Cherokee County High School and attended Jacksonville State University. He served six years in the Alabama National Guard. He retired from Goodyear Warehouse, and was Past Master of Sam Dixon Masonic Lodge #218 and was a member of Centre First Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Lochlear officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens with Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Monday. Memorials may be made to the Centre First Baptist ROC or the family will accept flowers. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Stott Loveless, son, Shane (Lori) Loveless, Tampa, Florida, daughters, Tiffany (Kevin) Green, Holly (Tony) O’Neal, Centre, sister, Avis Loveless Baker, and five grandchildren.

Mr. Loveless was the son of the late Thomas Milton and Mertice Mary Jane Jordan Loveless.
