-Jonathan J. Crim for assault in the first degree.

-Danny W. Green for public intoxication, unlawful possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Annie G. Abernathy for unlawful distribution of controlled substance.

-Donna J. Abernathy for unlawful distribution of controlled substance.

-Joshua A. Abernathy for unlawful distribution of controlled substance.

-Rebecca A. Engel for unlawful distribution of controlled substance.

-Edward C. Lee for obscure ID of vehicle, receiving stolen property in the second degree and receiving stolen property in the third degree.

-Shelly Y. Couzzourt for unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Christopher G. Pate for harassing communications.

-David J. Jenkins for failure to appear on boat-vessels without life preserver.
