The Panthers jumped out to a 31-0 halftime lead and never looked back.
Senior quarterback C.J. Jones completed 7 of 10 passes for 134 yards and four touchdowns for Collinsville (1-0, 1-0 Region 7), three of which came in the first half. All four scores went to different receivers.
Daniel Bradford rushed nine times for 62 yards and one score.
The Conquerors (0-1, 0-1) were led by Austin Mills, who rushed 21 times for 94 yards and two second-half touchdowns. He also completed a pass for 16 yards.
Collinsville travels to Jacksonville Christian next Friday, while Coosa Christian hosts Donoho.
