Ninth-ranked Cedar Bluff volleyball team outlasts fifth-ranked Collinsville

COLLINSVILLE – Class 1A, No. 9 Cedar Bluff improved to 20-15 on the volleyball season with a victory at fifth-ranked Collinsville on Monday. The scores in the Area 13 match were 24-26, 25-19, 25-20, 25-20.

Leading the charge for the Lady Tigers was Audrianna Hargitt. She came away with 20 kills, 18 digs, three aces and two blocks. Hannah Leach added 10 kills, 13 digs, a block, an ace and an assist. Raveen McElrath managed 12 assists, 10 digs and a pair of aces. Paige Bryant posted 14 digs, an ace and an assist.

Brooke Wood contributed 22 assists, three digs and a block. Marigrace Wilson had accumulated six kills, four digs, four blocks and an assist. Abby Storey had six digs, three kills and two aces. Jasmine Adams finished with four digs, three assists and a pair of kills.

Cedar Bluff hosts Hokes Bluff and Glencoe on Tuesday beginning at 4 p.m.
