Mrs. Martha Faye Wheeling, 64 of Centre, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012. Mrs. Wheeling was a native of Cherokee County, and a member of Christian Brotherhood Church.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daniel McGatha officiating. Burial will follow in Providence cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Mrs. Wheeling is survived by daughter, Mary Ann Anderson, Cedar Bluff, sons, Gary (Brittany) Wheeling, Centre, Mark Wheeling and David (Juanita) Wheeling both of Oxford, sisters, Louise (Al) Mall, Ft. Worth, Texas, Phyllis Maddox, Little Elm, Texas, Francine (Rickey) Young, Centre; brothers, Bobby (Nancy) Colley, Walls, Miss., Gene (Doris) Colley, Leesburg, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wheeling was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Almond, sister, Mary Colley, brother-in-law, Jerry Almond and niece, Tina Colley.

Mrs. Wheeling was the daughter of the late Sam Cardin and Frances Elizabeth Anthony Colley.
