MRS. EDNA STEED PATTY

Mrs. Edna Estelle Patty, 87 of Centre, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Cherokee Medical Center. Mrs. Patty was a native of Cleburne County, the daughter of the late Brewer and Nancy J. Grimes Steed and was a member of New Prospect II Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Locklear officiating. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Grove Cemetery Fund or the Old Providence Cemetery Fund.

Survivors include her son, Gilbert (Linda) Patty of Centre; daughter, Glenda Faye (Jerry) McHugh of Centre; grandchildren, Chris Patty, Jason Patty and Terry McHugh; great grandchildren, Forrest Patty, Megan Patty and Matthew McHugh; several nieces & nephews.

Mrs. Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Patty.

Mrs. Patty was the daughter of the late Brewer and Nancy J. Grimes Steed.
