Cedar Bluff (1-1) led 11-6 at the end of the first quarter, but White Plains (0-2) rallied to take a 21-19 lead into halftime.
Cedar Bluff charged back to earn a 34-29 advantage after three quarters and went on a 17-9 run in the fourth for the final.
After Fyffe defeated Sylvania in the second game Tuesday, Collinsville claimed a 62-45 victory over Valley Head in the nightcap.
Christy Cox led the Lady Panthers (2-0) with 24 points and eight rebounds. Kendall Willingham added 14 points. Brittney Tidmore finished with four points and eight rebounds.
Kenzie Willingham led the Lady Tigers with 14 points. Haven Downer finished with 13 points and eight rebounds.
Collinsville led throughout the game. The Lady Panthers held a 12-6 advantage at the end of the first quarter, led 39-22 at halftime, and took a 50-35 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.
The tournament teams take Wednesday off before hitting the hardwood again on Thursday. Sylvania takes on White Plains at 4 p.m., followed by Cedar Bluff and Valley Head at 5:30 p.m. Collinsville faces Fyffe in the nightcap at 7 p.m.
