Courtney Rowe added five points, six boards, two assists and two steals for the Lady Wildcats (2-2). Madison McCullough finished with four points, three boards, two steals and an assist.
In boys action, Sand Rock was on the short end of a 53-30 setback.
Dylan Mackey led the Wildcats (0-2) with 16 points. Isaac King led Hokes Bluff with 22 points.
Both Sand Rock teams get back on the court Thursday when they host Cedar Bluff on Friday.
