Mr. Stephen Carey Henderson, 63 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Wednesday, November 28,2012 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Mr. Henderson was a native of Floyd County, and was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Kenneth Moore officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cherokee County Humane Society. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Smith Henderson; son, Chris Henderson of Rome, daughter, Alician Lumpkin of Jasper, Georgia, sister, Marcia Harris of Douglasville, Georgia, two grandchildrenand one nephew.

Mr. Henderson was the son of the late Carey Mack and Josephine E. Caldwell Henderson.
