Mrs. Geraldine Elizabeth "Jerri" Collum, 89 of Milton,Georgia formerly of Cherokee County, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2012 at her residence. She was born in New York and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent Clements and Ashley McEwing-Murphree officiating. Burial followed in Hebron Cemetery. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net

Survivors include sons, David (Marianne) Murphree, Indianapolis, Indiana, Ronald (Minette) Murphree, Alpharetta, Georgia, Robert (Rose) Murphree, Milton, Georgia, Michael (Debbie) Carter, Lake Sinclair, Georgia, Daphne, Alabama, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Collum was the daughter of the late John and Mary Arnold.

Mrs. Collum was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Carter.
