All retirees of the Cherokee County Education Retirees Association re invited to attend the Wednesday, Dec. 12 monthly meeting at the Cherokee County Public Library, beginning at 11 a.m. Before starting the meeting, Billy Wayne Tillery, president, will conduct a short business meeting. The theme for the meeting is “Christmas Fun for the Retirees!” Members ask that you bring some finger food of your choice and a wrapped “unisex” give as members will play “Dirty Santa.” The entertainment will be hosted by Marion Formby. After a round of gift exchanging, members will have time to much on finger foods and before leaving, share the spirit of Christmas joy with any and everyone.
