WALNUT GROVE - Courtney Rowe tallied 10 points, six assists, five steals and three rebounds to lead the Sand Rock Lady Wildcats to a 57-36 Class 2A, Area 11 basketball victory at West End on Friday.

Emily Langley added nine points, three steals and three assists for the Lady Wildcats (7-3, 3-0). Shelley Sonaty also scored nine points. Madison McCullough contributed eight points, five rebounds and three steals. Madison Smith finished with seven points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Sand Rock hosts Spring Garden at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Collinsville girls 62, Coosa Christian girls 24

COLLINSVILLE - Christy Cox came away with a game-high 33 points and Kiana Ford contributed 12 points to lead the Collinsville Lady Panthers to a 62-24 Class 1A, Area 10 basketball victory over Coosa Christian on Friday.

Brittney Tidmore added 12 assists and five rebounds for the Lady Panthers (8-2, 3-1). Kendreia Moore finished with four points and five steals.

Collinsville plays at Parkway Christian on Tuesday.

Collinsville boys 72, Coosa Christian boys 16

COLLINSVILLE - Deshawn Moore, Davey Posey and Daniel Bradford each posted 14 points as the Collinsville Panthers routed Coosa Christian 72-16 in Class 1A, Area 10 basketball action on Friday.

Moore also had nine steals and five rebounds for the Panthers (6-1, 4-0). Brady Osborn contributed 12 points and seven boards.

Collinsville plays at Parkway Christian on Tuesday.
