MR. GEORGE LEE "GL" ELDERS

Mr. George Lee “GL” Elders, 87 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Elders was a native of Cherokee County.

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday, January 4, 2013 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Elders and Rev. Darlene Burton officiating. Burial will follow in the Unity cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 until 1 pm Friday.

Survivors include his sons, Donald (Debra) Elders of Ranger, Georgia, Danny Joe (Pam) Elders of Cedar Bluff, David (Lois) Elders of Fort Payne, Darrell Elders of Cedar Bluff; daughters, Darlene Elders Wood (Jeff) of Centre and special chosen daughter Pam Elders; ten grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Mr. Elders was the son of the late John Charles Elders and Drucilla Prince Elders.
