A consent to search the residence was obtained from the homeowner and a subsequent search of the residence produced several items of drug paraphernalia and some powder residue which field tested positive for methamphetamine. The Jackson subject, along with a female subject identified as Lindsay Nicole Davis, were arrested and transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center where they were booked on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jackson was also charged on the outstanding warrant and both sujects remain in jail with bond pending, Shaver said.
