The Warrior Black team defeated Piedmont 5-2 in five innings. Piedmont blanked the Warrior Gold team 7-0.
Jaren Lockridge pitched five innings with seven strikeouts with no walks for Warrior Black. Jacob Graves, Colin Edwards, Jy Lockridge and Caleb Ransum all went 1-for-2.
Jaren Lockridge was 1-for-3 with two RBIs. Cade Gossett also had two RBIs and Jacob Graves added an RBI.
The only hit Warrior Gold posted came from Gunter Gable, who went 1-for-2.
