Mr. Charles William Hester, 72 of Gadsden passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hester was a native of Etowah County. He was retired from Standard Tile.

Funeral service will be held 3 pm Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Samuel Roe officiating. Burial will be in Cherokee Memory Garden. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until time of service at 3 pm Perry Funeral home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Mr. Hester was the son of the late Max H. and Myrtle Croft Hester.
