The next meeting of the Cherokee County Board of Education is Tuesday, March 19, 2013 and will be held at the Central Office and will begin at 6 p.m.

Representatives from Weiss Lake Improvement Association and Alabama Power Foundation are planning to be there just prior to the board meeting to present checks to the teachers that participated in the Renew Our Rivers project last year.

The Board regularly meets on the first and third Tuesdays of a month at 6 p.m. at the central office.
