Gaylesville defeated Sacred Heart 25-4, 25-19, but lost to Collinsville 13-25, 20-25.
Katie Lemons led the Lady Trojans against Sacred Heart. She had 18 consecutive service points in the win. Misty Aldridge added 10 assists. Krista Nichols had five kills, three aces and an assist. Amber Moseley came away with four aces and had two assists.
In the loss to Collinsville, Nichols had three aces, two digs and a block. Aldridge had 11 assists and three aces.
Gaylesville travels to Spring Garden for a trimatch with Cedar Bluff on Thursday.
