The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two people in connection with a burglary in the Gaylesville area.

Arrested, according to reports, were Aaron Kyle Smothers, 21, of Fort Payne, and a 17-year-old juvenile who were charged with burglary in the third degree.

Both face felony charges, according to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver.
