According to the state trooper report, Timothy Aaron Brown, 20, died when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, left the road and overturned and struck a culvert.
Also injured in the accident, the report said, was Johnny Collins, 45, who was transported to Gadsden Regional Medical Center
