Rogers says he is traveling to plants throughout his district to get local input on how best to help industry in Alabama. Making the tour were Rogers along with Tyler O’Connor, political director and Lamar Denkins, field representative.
“It’s (KTH) impressive,” said Rogers. “It’s just a huge plant with a very sophisticated robotics system. It just shows a lot about the confidence the company has in this community. I was very impressed with how sophisticated the technology was.”
Rogers reminds constituents that Denkins conducts town meetings in Cedar Bluff on the first Tuesday of each month, Centre the second Tuesday of each month and Leesburg the fourth Thursday of each month.
Rogers and staff are also busy these days distributing videotapes of the recent World War II Memorial Dedication in Washington, D.C. to local veterans
