It is the intent of the Alabama Legislature that local school systems involve the community in planning and implementing the school system’s At-Risk Programs. It is also the intent of the Legislature that 20 percent of the system’s At-Risk funds be awarded to non-profit, non-government, community agencies to develop and implement at-risk programs for the Cherokee County Board of Education.

Interested parties should contact Mitchell Guice at 927-5351 for an application and information by Aug. 25, 2004
