Drivers involved in the accidents, according to the police report, were Virginia Christopher of Piedmont who was driving a 1989 Toyota Camry and Harry Ashburn, 59, of Centre, who was driving a 2005 Suzuki.
Ashburn was injured and transported to Cherokee Baptist Medical Center. Christopher was not injured, the report said.
The Centre Police Department investigated the accident.
