Drivers involved in the wreck, according to reports, were Zachary Mobbs, 16, who was driving a 2001 Audi and Jamie Rochester, 25, of Cedar Bluff, who was driving a 2003 Toyota Tacoma.
Both drivers were injured in the accident along with Paul Chadwick, 21, of Cedar Bluff, who was a passenger in the Rochester vehicle. Lifesaver Helicopter was contacted because one of the victims suffered a severe head injury. Emergency responders, however, felt that an ambulance could transport the victim to Dekalb Regional Hospital in a more timely manner, reports said.
