This Friday, Oct. 5, the Alabama Department of Transportation will begin bridge repairs on Alabama Highway 35 and wants to alert citizens that traffic will be detoured while the work takes place.



According to an ALDOT spokesperson, the work should begin Friday, around 3 p.m. and should be completed Saturday, Oct. 6, around 4 p.m.



ALDOT urges citizens to take the alternate route on Alabama Highway 68 and 9 through Cedar Bluff to get to their destination
