Arrested, according to Mark Hicks, public information officer, was Stacy Robert Donaldson who was charged with burglary in the third degree. He was accused of breaking into Evelyn Holbrooks residence at 840 Co. Rd. 6 Piedmont Alabama.
Donaldson is also facing charges in Gadsden in connection with a burglary n Cherokee County. The burglary was reported to the the Cherokee County Sheriff's office. After being notified by their bank about a check being forged on her account, Mrs. Holbrook identified Donaldson as a suspect in the case, reports said.
