Four county volleyball teams will compete in state regional tournaments this Saturday.

Class 1A, Area 10 winner Spring Garden and Class 1A, Area 1 runner-up Cedar Bluff will play in the 1A, Region C Tournament at Donoho. The No. 3 Lady Panthers open against Faith Christian, while the Lady Tigers face Athens Bible in the first round.

Class 2A, Area 11 runner-up Sand Rock travels to Holly Pond for the 2A, Region C Tournament, where the No. 5 Lady Wildcats square off against White Plains.

Class 3A, Area 12 winner Cherokee County goes to Ohatchee for the Class 3A, Region C Tournament, where the Lady Warriors begin the day against Hokes Bluff.

Each region’s winner and runner-up will advance to the Elite Eight Tournament on Oct. 27-29 in Pelham
