Wildcats selected to the honorable mention squad were senior linebacker Coy Griffin, senior lineman Matt Wilson, junior lineman Bron Bolton, junior linebacker Tyler Daniel and junior defensive back Barry Agan.
Gaston’s Steve Smith and Sylvania’s Justin Jones shared the Region Offensive MVP award, while Sylvania’s Derek Owen was named Region Defensive MVP.
