Gaylesville turned Georgia School for the Deaf inside-out last Thursday.

Guard Carla Borja Prats was on target from the perimeter and center Sloane Brewster dominated the post area in the Lady Trojans’ 51-31 victory over GSD in Gaylesville.

Borja Prats finished with 18 points, while Brewster collected 15 points and 10 rebounds.

“We played well defensively and our transition game worked well,” said Gaylesville head coach Alton Leach. “We still need to work on our halfcourt offense.”

Borja Prats and Moseley each came up with four steals.

Entering the second half with a 25-13 lead, the Lady Trojans outscored GSD 10-9 in the third quarter to take a 35-22 advantage.
