The Lady Warriors (27-18) defeated DAR in four games before falling to the No. 6 ranked host Lady Wildcats, 25-18, 25-12, 25-19, in the championship match.
CCHS meets No. 10 Ashville in the Region C Tournament on Saturday at Jacksonville High School.
For Cherokee County, Haley Highfield finished with 25 kills, followed by Kaitlyn Griffith with 13, Ashley Justice with six, Dynisha McKnight and Lauren Millsaps with five each and Malorie Rosser with three.
Griffith distributed 25 assists, while Highfield dealt out 13.
Laura Rochester came up with 38 digs, followed by McKnight with 29, Griffith with 27 and Highfield with 15.
