The Wildcats defeated Hokes Bluff, 50-42, in the championship game.
Drew Norris led Sand Rock with 21 points, followed by Chad Thompson with 17 and Matthew Graham with 10.
In the semifinals, Sand Rock edged Westbrook Christian, 53-30.
Graham finished with 17 points, while Doug Mackey added 12.
Norris was named Tournament MVP and Graham was selected to the All-Tournament team.
The Sand Rock roster also includes Skylar Blankenship, Tyler Garmany, Bryant Beard, Christopher Terrell, Andrew Cole, Austin Lee and Austin Carver.
On Thursday, Sand Rock (15-1) defeated Cherokee County by a score of 62-18.
