Gaston defeated Cedar Bluff 25-16 and 25-9. Ider beat the Tigers 25-15 and 25-23.
In the loss to Gaston, Tanessa Fife led Cedar Bluff (13-15) with seven kills. Destiny Humphrey added five assists and an ace. Candria Dupree had two digs and an ace. Maci Hughes had three digs.
Against Ider, Dupree posted nine digs, six kills and an ace. Tabitha Combs came away with five kills and two digs. Fife finished with four kills, two aces and two assists. Humphrey had 17 assists and two digs. Hughes had six digs and a kill. Lauren Barnett managed five digs. Hannah Leach had three kills and two digs. Audrianna Hargitt had two kills and an ace.
Cedar Bluff hosts Gaylesville, Collinsville and Sardis beginning at 5 p.m.
