The Town of Cedar Bluff, during its special run-off election held Tuesday, Dec. 8, elected three new council members.

In District One, Evan Smith defeated Incumbent Billie Burkhalter by a vote of 57-46. In District Two it was Jack Bond over Incumbent Martha Baker by a vote of 37-26 and in District Three, Mark Hicks defeated Tammy Crane by a vote of 55-45.
